On the jobsite
We are well in a town on the south central coast of Haiti called Jacmel. We are working in a neighborhood on a school building.
We've been painting the concrete walls, installing wiring for lights, installing a metal roof and playing with all the kids coming around. We are all safe and having fun.
A few of us have bumps and bruises and sunburns but nothing horrible at all. The only one near death is Todd's straw hat. The Haitian team from the Seminary that we are working with are hard workers that are selfless and generous.
Our cook Elise continues to cook us excellent food.
We've been to the beach at Jacmel twice now - beautiful beaches with blue/green water. And hey, it's much warmer than the Pacific Ocean!
Continue to pray for health, both for the team and for the familes in this neighborhood. Can't wait to show you pictures and video of what we see now!
We miss you all! -- Pastor Stephen
